Vertical Consult Course Refund and Other Polices:
Courses are refundable minus a $125.00 administrative fee if request is made within 10 business days, or more, prior to start of the course.
Courses are refunded minus a $250.00 fee if request is made 5 business days, or more, prior to start of the course.
Courses are not refundable 4 business days days, or less, prior to start of the course. There will be no refunds , in whole, in part or prorated, for the inability of a registrant to continue to participate in a class or finish the course.
We reserve the right to modify our refund policy where special or extraordinary circumstances lead us to do so.

Vertical Consult courses are filled on a first paid/first served basis. We appreciate early registrants. Sometimes our courses fill and we hold course seats according to the registrants that have paid in full. Please contact us if you have circumstances to discuss.

Vertical Consult reserves the right to cancel courses for any reason. This is very uncommon for courses meeting the minimum registration numbers. Reasons for course cancellation include, but are not limited to, mandates and decisions from both elected and unelected low-IQ officials, low course registrations or cancelled registrations, weather (disaster), major illness with VC staff . In these circumstances the tuition fees will be refunded in full.

Vertical Consult is not responsible for student expenditures or work loss due to course cancellations. We work very hard to avoid this type of situation.

Rope Access and Tower Climbing training is physically demanding and requires a strong level of physical fitness. You will be required to climb and descend rope for the entire duration of the class. Prospective attendees that exceed 250 pounds (115 kg) should contact us prior to course registration. Those with cardiac conditions, obesity, or other physical impairments should seek medical approval from their doctor prior to attempting a rope access course. Vertical Consult is not, and cannot be responsible for inability to complete a course, or for any condition arising from the exertion required to participate in a course. Course refunds are not available to those who can not complete the assignments and mandates of our courses because of an unwilling desire to participate in a physically demanding environment, regardless of preexisting or perceived physical or mental impairments.
