Adding multiple registrants? The option to add additional registrants/students is given after entering the information for the first registration.
Since we communicate primarily via mobile and email, sending updates on local items of interest or distributing pre-class materials, we encourage registrants to provide properly targeted contact information. We won't spam you and we don't sell data.
To keep costs down while maintaining a high instructor to student ratio, most of our courses have a minimum number of registrants that must be met for the course to be conducted. Check the class information section that coincides with each class listed/ scheduled on the <course calendar page>. If the number of registrants does not reach the minimum required, registered candidates will be notified using the email address that was provided within 10 days of the start of class. Those who have completed the online registration and payment will be given the option to remain registered as is, or move your course registration to another scheduled class with vacancies. For those who register less than two weeks before the start date of a cancelled class - you will be notified, as soon as feasible, of the necessity to modify their registration. It is incumbent upon registered students to periodically check the <course calendar page> to keep apprised of the minimum attendance prerequisites vs the number of confirmed registrations.
